    Analyzes 2009 survey data from Israeli Jews. Religious switchers' religious practice & attitudes do not manifest predicted higher converts' commitment but conform to the levels of the groups that converts arrived at. The groups are "secular" & "religious."

The convert community practiced yoga, their men wearing turbans over uncut hair, & followed a guru-like leader. Such practices as yoga & turbans breaks from the Indian identity of Sikhs.
