    Analyzes 2006-07 interview data from ethnic Turkish & Moroccan women in the Netherlands about veiling. Strong Muslim identity & gender traditionalism positively predict veiling. Educational attainment & contact with Dutch negatively predict it, but highly educated women who were also highly religious were more likely to veil.
