Western Orthodox Church in America

split into  Apostolic Orthodox Catholic Church of North America (1989)

 

The Apostolic Orthodox Catholic Church was founded in the 1980s by several independent Orthodox bishops, most of whom had formerly been associated with the Western Orthodox Church in America.
