Dr. Grace Davie is a professor of Sociology and Philosophy at the University of Exeter. She has written numerous books and articles concerning religion around the world and in particular modern Europe. Her most recent books are Welfare and Religion in 21st Century Europe – Volumes 1 and 2, and Religious America, Secular Europe: A Theme and Variations.
