Collection Procedures
Data come from four page self-report forms, which are completed by pastors of all participating churches and sent to the District Assembly. The Annual Report of the Pastor is collected each year at District Assemblies across the United States and sent to the General Secretary of the Church of the Nazarene. Participation rates are 99-100%.
