University of Leipzig Religion Survey - What Connects Us - Social Commitment and Christianity, Regensburg 2014

Summary

A sociological study of religion on the 99th German Catholic Day 2014 in Regensburg regarding experiences with the Catholic Day and social commitment. This survey is a project of the theological faculty of the University of Leipzig and the Catholic Faculty of the University of Regensburg. Statements about visit motives, wishes for the design of the Katholikentag (Catholic Day), religious practice, voluntary church and social commitment and social origin of the visitors play a role.

The ARDA has added five additional variables to the original data set to enhance the users' experience on our site.

Collection Procedures

The survey was administered on-site to those in attendance of the 99th German Catholic Day 2014 in Regensburg via paper and completed by respondents by pencil. Interviewers were available at all times during survey administration for questions from respondents.
